Express the unity we have in Christ

For those outside the church, one of the things they often find surprising is that our congregation is not a business. Yes, we have employees on our payroll, a mortgage, and overhead and upkeep costs, but we don’t function on the basis of having a product to sell. We don’t charge admission for worship, nor is there a standard minimum for baptisms, counseling, or hospital visits. We are not a gym or a club that has an annual membership fee. So then how do we make it go? Turns out it's all about "satisfied customers". We trust that those who are served with the good news of Jesus will be moved by God to generously support the gospel ministry through which they have received contentment of heart and life in Christ.
