In our materialistic instant-gratification society where nearly all our needs or desires are only a short drive, a mouse click, or a credit card swipe away, it is tempting to expend ourselves running after the next best thing. But that cycle of endless chasing never satisfies and it is Satan's tool to take our eyes off Jesus and the heavenly home we will inherit by his grace.
